Out of the total vacancies, 5413 are for Group 2A posts. Candidates who registered and appeared in prelims for Group 2A post that result will be available on the official website as a merit list of candidates, who will have qualified the written examination by securing a minimum qualification aggregate. Evaluation process started in the first week of June 2022 and according to sources it is almost completed. In the preliminary examination, a total number of 200 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) were asked from General Tamil/English, General Studies and Aptitude and Mental Ability Test. Candidates who have touched the maximum number of questions correctly equal to 90 marks or more will be shortlisted in the merit list.
TNPSC Group 2/2A Cut Off 2022
Minimum qualifying aggregate for the preliminary and mains examination has been officially announced by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Only those candidates will be shortlisted in the merit list and called for the mains examination who will have scored at least minimum qualifying marks. Candidates who will have secured the minimum qualification aggregate which is available above, will be shortlisted in the TNPSC Group 2/2A Merit 2022. Qualified candidates’ merit list will contain the Roll Number. Once a candidate has downloaded the PDF result, he/she has to open the PDF file and press CTRL + F and type their Roll Number to check the result that he/she qualified for the written examination.
