The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, GATE Result 2023 has been made public by the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kanpur. The GATE 2023 Result was announced today, March 16, 2023, as planned. On the official website, gate.iitk.ac.in, registered candidates who took the exam can now view their results.

For the GATE 2023 tests, which were held on February 4, 5, 11, and 12, the outcome has been made public. The response sheets were made available by IIT Kanpur on February 15 and the provisional answer key was made available on February 21. Applicants have until February 25 to voice their disagreements with the answer key. It should be emphasised that only the results have been made public today; the scorecards won’t be until March 21. About GATE Exam 2023

• The GATE 2023 question bank contained 1 and 2 mark questions.
• Regarding the scoring system, there was a negative marking for selecting the incorrect response in an MCQ.
• A bad answer for a 1-mark MCQ resulted in a deduction of 1/3 of the mark. Similar to the 2-mark MCQ, a wrong answer resulted in a 2/3 loss of marks.
• Almost 200 cities in eight zones participated in the GATE 2023.
• The results are acceptable for admission to NITs and IISCs.
